Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship orders PAN India and Internationally too (however with some restrictions).   

    We at ADORAA carefully sanitize our products before packaging to ensure customer safety along with that we follow contact less delivery procedures to ensure total safety of our customers.

Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Shipping PAN India. To provide a safe, reliable and fast shipping service, we have partnered with leading logistics companies, that help us deliver your products to your door-step. Some key aspects of the domestic shipping are mentioned below in details

    • We have our tie-ups with Multiple brands for our Shipping service. Depending upon the delivery location, delivery time and reach of our shipping service partner we choose the same. The shipping service is updated in your order once the product is shipped
    • Shipping Time depends on the delivery location, we ship every order with 72 hours from the receipt of the same. It takes a maximum of 5 to 10 Days for delivery after dispatch
    • Live Tracking of Shipments through a unique Tracking ID is available. The Tracking No and the Shipping service used is updated in the customer order panel post-dispatch
    • We offer Free Shipping for all domestic shipments irrespective of the value and size of the order
    • We ensure that the shipping is Safe & You would be contacted by the delivery agent through a call or delivery attempt message to ensure your availability to receive the packet and safe delivery of your order.   

     

    Returns & Replacements

    We offer a 100% return or replacement in case of a defected and incorrect delivery. You are requested to kindly email us the request of return or replacement within 3 days of receipt of the product. You are requested to please follow the below mentioned steps for the same: -

      • Capture the pictures of the defected product or incorrect product along with the original shipping material in which it was received
      • Please write to us at adoraa@adoraa.in with the details of the order and the issue along with the picture, clearly mentioning the request for Return or Replacement
      • Adoraa, would arrange a reverse ship request for pickup of the product from you, which needs to be packed in the original packing.
      • Once we receive the returned product and check the product to ascertain the issue, the refund would be processed within 48 Hours.
      • In case the claim made by you is incorrect with respect to the defected or incorrect delivery, then the refund would not be processed.

        

    International Shipping

    We are currently not shipping internationally, except for bulk orders i.e INR 5,000/- and above. The Shipping charge would be additional as per actual. For placing International Orders, you are requested to kindly write to us at adoraa@adoraa.in with the details of the product and quantity. We would revert you back with the product availability and applicable shipping charges and a payment link if you wish to proceed with the order. Once dispatched, we would also be sharing the Tracking Information on the email for the same.
